J. Edward Barth received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Yale University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Barth joined Andrews Davis in 1979. He has over 30 years of experience in the practice of law and is generally recognized for his expertise in the real estate area and his skill in contract negotiations for local, national and international clients.

James F. Davis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Oklahoma.and his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Davis has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law. He has extensive experience in many diverse areas including environmental law, litigation, bankruptcy, probate, taxation and estate planning and formed the first professional corporation for physicians. He is one of the founding members of Andrews Davis.

Timothy M. Larason received his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. He attended Northwestern University Graduate School of Business and received his law degree from Oklahoma City University. In 1970, Mr. Larason joined Andrews Davis. He is well-known for his concentrated experience in taxation law and structuring oil and gas, real estate, and agricultural partnerships, as well as his comprehensive knowledge of limited liability companies, corporate reorganizations and debtor-creditor workouts.

D. Joe Rockett received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate Degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Rockett represents clients in business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, as well as sale of business transactions. He assists companies in accessing the capital markets through both private and public financings. He is experienced in venture capital transactions utilizing new markets tax credits and state tax credits. Mr. Rockett counsels clients on corporate governance, general business planning and securities law compliance. He joined Andrews Davis in 1969.
