We recognize the potential for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices and procedures, such as mediation and arbitration to reduce the costs and burdens of litigation and to achieve solutions not otherwise available. Our litigation attorneys are knowledgeable about ADR procedures and are prepared to recommend these alternatives to our clients if appropriate. In evaluating these options, we benefit from the experience of our attorneys who serve as arbitrators on panels sponsored by the American Arbitration Association, the National Health Lawyers Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers and as court-appointed mediators and arbitrators in federal and state court programs.
