Education:

Mr. Scimeca received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kansas State University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Scimeca was a merit scholar, participated in the National Trial Team and served as president of the Edgar S. Vaught Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity International. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Oklahoma and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Experience:

Mr. Scimeca joined the Firm in 2008, bringing with him a background in business and construction litigation. He practices in the Firm's Litigation and Commercial Law departments. His practice primarily involves construction litigation, creditor's rights, family law, and criminal defense. Mr. Scimeca also serves as a contractor for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System representing indigent persons charged with criminal offenses.

Mr. Scimeca is a volunteer attorney for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, the District Justice for the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity, International and a member of the Oklahoma Earth Bike Fellowship. In 2008, he was appointed the chair person for the Federal Bar Association Pro Bono Committee, which assigns volunteer attorneys to civil rights cases filed by pro se inmates.
