Mark Toffoli was admitted to the bar in 1982. Mr. Toffoli received a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University.

Experience:

Mark Toffoli joined the firm in 2009. Prior to that he practiced with Holbrook & Toffoli, beginning in 1997. From 1987 to 1997 Mr. Toffoli was an attorney with the Office of the United States Trustee for the Western District of Oklahoma. From 1986 to 1987, he was a judicial law clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge Paul B. Lindsey and from 1983 to 1986 he was a judicial law clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge Robert L. Berry.

Mr. Toffoli is an experienced lawyer who primarily represents receivers, bankruptcy trustees, and debtors/creditors in all chapters under the Bankruptcy Code. He also practices in the areas of business reorganizations, loan restructurings, and business transactions.

Mr. Toffoli is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Oklahoma and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma.
