Lance Schneiter was admitted to the bar in 2002. Mr. Schneiter received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1999. He received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2002. While attending the University of Oklahoma, Lance served as a member of the Luther Bohanon American Inn of Court, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Intellectual Property Society.

Lance Schneiter is an experienced trial lawyer whose primary practice emphasis includes the protection and development of intellectual property portfolios, personal injury, products liability, insurance defense, and medical malpractice. His practice also covers business development and litigation, including contracts, distribution agreements and franchising. He is licensed to practice before all Oklahoma courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.
Mr. Schneiter has provided counsel to clients, including established and startup companies in a wide variety of industries, such as insurance, banking, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, construction, software, biotech, consumer packaged goods and heavy machinery. He has also represented both individuals and companies in litigation involving personal injury, intellectual property, lien, construction, antitrust, consumer protection, wrongful death, medical malpractice, estate, corporate, insurance, and contract issues.
In 2004, Lance was appointed by Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry to serve on the Olmstead Strategic Planning Committee, which maintains oversight of disability service programs to ensure that disabled citizens have access to all state services. Lance has also lectured on the effective taking and defending of depositions to fellow trial lawyers, and volunteers his time to work with Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. He is also listed in the America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals and as a "Super Lawyer." Among other community activities, he serves on a United Way community investment subcommittee and as a board member for the Oklahoma County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
