Win joined the Andrews Davis law firm in 2009 with a background in bankruptcy, reorganization and creditor's rights. His current practice primarily involves representation of trustees, creditors and debtors in all chapters under the Bankruptcy code. He has also actively worked with business entities in restructuring efforts in order to avoid bankruptcy. Win has further served as a receiver in actions commenced by the Oklahoma Department of Securities and by other parties. Additionally, he has represented other receivers in such actions. Win spent some time in the areas of banking, business and real estate until 1983 when he began the active practice of law. In October 1985, he was appointed to the panel of trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Since that time, Win has served as a trustee in more than 15,000 Chapter 7 cases. In addition, he has served as trustee, plan administrator or liquidating agent of several Chapter 11 cases.
He has been admitted to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma District Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Sections of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. He formerly served as President of the Bankruptcy Section of the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Win is a member of the Emeritus Board of the Lyric Theatre, having been a former President, and is on the Endowment Board of Nichols Hills United Methodist Church. Win has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Raised in Oklahoma City, Win graduated from Oklahoma City University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1971 from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
