Win Holbrook was admitted to the bar in 1971. Mr. Holbrook received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Oklahoma City University.

Experience:

Win Holbrook spent some time in the areas of banking, business and real estate until 1983 when he we began the active practice of law. In October, 1985, Mr. Holbrook was appointed to the panel of trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Since that time, Mr. Holbrook has served as a trustee in more than 15,000 Chapter 7 cases. In addition, he has served as trustee, plan administrator or liquidating agent of several Chapter 11 cases.

Mr. Holbrook is an experienced lawyer who has represented trustees, creditors and debtors in all chapters under the Bankruptcy Code. He has also actively worked with business entities in restructuring efforts in order to avoid bankruptcy. Mr. Holbrook has further served as a receiver in actions commenced by the Oklahoma Department of Securities and has represented other receivers in such actions.

Mr. Holbrook is a member of the Bankruptcy Sections of the Oklahoma County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association. He formerly served as President of the Bankruptcy Section of the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
