    Andrews Davis is pleased to announce that Chelsea Celsor Smith has become an associate at the firm effective September 22, 2011. Raised in the farming community of Sentinel, Oklahoma, Ms. Smith graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and a Minor in History.
