Bankruptcy & Reorganization

Our bankruptcy practice focuses on debtor, creditor and committee representation in business reorganization and other insolvency proceedings, as well as identifying efficient and cost effective alternatives to bankruptcy. Significant client representations have included Chase Manhattan Bank in the aftermath of the Penn Square Bank insolvency. Presently, we represent a national GSE in real estate-related bankruptcies throughout the country. Andrews Davis is one of only three law firms in the nation serving in this capacity. Through our network of regional law firms, we administer over 1000 cases per year providing fast and effective results. We constantly utilize our network to provide immediate access for our clients to any bankruptcy court.
