Education:
Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1998. He received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Brown served as President of the Native American Law Students Association, as an editor of the American Indian Law Review, and as a Mentor on the Dean's Council.
Experience:
Mr. Brown practices in the Firm's corporate and securities department. His practice includes general corporate planning and counseling, corporate governance, corporate finance, private placements, public securities offerings, limited liability companies and partnerships. Mr. Brown also assists the Firm's Native American department in tribal business transactions, economic development transactions, the development of tribal codes, and related business transactions in Indian Country.
Mr. Brown joined the Firm in 2005 as a law clerk and has practiced with the Firm since he was licensed to practice in 2006. Mr. Brown is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma Courts. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Brown was a commercial banker for Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas, Texas. He managed an investment grade corporate portfolio and provided underwriting for his corporate client's credit and treasury management needs.

Mr. Brown is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Brown is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.
