Education:
Mr. Moriarty received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1979, and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Tulsa in 1982.
Experience:
Mr. Moriarty is the co-author of "Mortgage Foreclosure Sales as Fraudulent Conveyances: The Durrett Issue," 10 Oklahoma City University Law Review, 1985; "Oklahoma Foreclosure and Related Bankruptcy Issues," National Business Institute, 2002; "Fundamentals of Bankruptcy Law and Procedure," National Business Institute, 1996; "Advanced Bankruptcy Process," National Business Institute, 1994. He has served as an instructor for the National Business Institute since 1994.
Mr. Moriarty's practice is centered on Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law, including representing secured creditors, committees and debtors. His practice also includes Creditors' Rights and Commercial Litigation. He served as the Court appointed receiver for the Hickman Agency, an Oklahoma based Ponzi scheme that bilked investors out of $12,000,000.00. Mr. Moriarty also represents a national GSE in real estate-related bankruptcies throughout the country.

Mr. Moriarty has maintained a private practice in Oklahoma City since 1982, and has been of counsel to Andrews Davis since 1997. Mr. Moriarty served on the Board of Directors of Edmond All Sports, Inc. from 1993-1995.
