Education:
Ms. Harrison received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of New Mexico in 1991. She received a Master of Public Administration Degree in 1993 and a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2000 from the University of Oklahoma. While in law school, Ms. Harrison served as Editor in Chief of the American Indian Law Review.

Experience:
Ms. Harrison has extensive experience with legislative and executive branches of state government. She served as staff attorney for the Oklahoma House of Representatives for three years. During her service with the Oklahoma House of Representatives, Ms. Harrison's focus was staffing and drafting legislation for the following committees: Environment, Agriculture, Public Health, Mental Health, Human Services, Public Safety and Homeland Security and Criminal Justice.

During law school, Ms. Harrison was employed as a legal intern for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. Prior to law school, she was employed as a fiscal analyst for the Oklahoma State Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Natural Resources and Regulatory Services for three legislative terms.

Ms. Harrison represents Native American tribes and tribal entities in all matters in Tribal, State, and Federal Courts. She has worked on complex sovereign immunity litigation on behalf of tribal governments, fee to trust applications, and has negotiated with the Bureau of Indian Affairs on behalf of tribes.

Ms. Harrison joined the firm in 2005. She is licensed to practice the following: in all Oklahoma Courts, Cherokee Nation District Court, Cheyenne-Arapaho District Court, Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa, United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the District of Columbia U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, US Federal Court of Claims, and before the United States Surpreme Court. Her admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia is pending.

Clean Air in Indian Country: Regulation and Environmental Justice, Villanova Environmental Law Journal, Vol XII, Issue 2, pp. 211-233; and Reforming Medicaid in Oklahoma which won the national Phi Alpha Alpha Student Manuscript Award in 1993.

Professional Associations:
Ms. Harrison is a member of the Oklahoma Indian Bar Association, Federal Bar Association Indian Law Section, and was an associate member of the Ruth Bader Ginsberg Inn of Court from 1999 to 2004.

Ms. Harrison has served as Chairman, Executive Vice-Chairman, and Vice-Chair of Case Development of the Oklahoma Bar Association High School Mock Trial Committee. She is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and the Oklahoma Telephone Association.

Since 1995, Ms. Harrison has been active in the historic preservation community in central Oklahoma and serves as a Trustee for Edgemere Park Preservation, Inc. Neighborhood Association.
