Education:
Mr. Price received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwestern University in 1963, and received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1966.

Experience:
Mr. Price has over 37 years of experience in the practice of law. He has extensive experience in the area of pension and profit sharing plans. Mr. Price prepared the Firm’s Regional Prototype Profit Sharing Plan and Regional Prototype Pension Plan. Mr. Price also practices in the areas of health law, probate and estate planning, retirement benefits, and general business practice. Mr. Price joined the Firm in 1966.

Mr. Price also serves on the Board of the Oklahoma City Memorial Trust.
