Education:
Mr. Swedlow obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Oklahoma City University in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1997. He was an editor for the O.C.U. Law Review, a member of the school's 1995-96 team in the John Marshall Law School Information Technology and Privacy Law Moot Court Competition and a member of the school's 1996-97 team in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, achieving a top five ranking worldwide for written briefs.
Experience:
Mr. Swedlow primarily handles business litigation in state and federal courts. He also advises on contracts and legal issues relating to information technology. Mr. Swedlow wrote Three Paradigms of Presence: A Solution for Personal Jurisdiction on the Internet, 22 O.C.U. Law Review 337 (1997). He is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Texas, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western districts of Oklahoma and the Northern District of Texas and before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Swedlow joined the Firm in November, 2003. His experience includes general commercial and employment litigation as well as a substantial concentration on information technology law matters such as Internet and e-commerce transactions, outsourcing, software licensing and intellectual property. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Swedlow served as in-house counsel to a successful B2B e-commerce company.
Mr. Swedlow also serves as an adjunct instructor for legal research and writing at Oklahoma City University School of Law and has taught CLE courses on Internet-based legal research.

Mr. Swedlow is a member of the Oklahoma and Texas Bar Associations.* He is also admitted in the federal courts for the Western and Northern districts of Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
