Education:
Ms. Phillips received a Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Marketing and Management and a minor in Athletic Training from Indiana University in 1987. She received a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1990, graduating at the top of her class. Ms. Phillips received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 2001 with a special emphasis in Health Law.

Experience:
Ms. Phillips practices in the firm's Health Law, Native American Law and Litigation departments. Her practice covers all aspects of health law including regulatory compliance, malpractice defense, ethics, and corporate structure. Ms. Phillips also provides advise on transactional matters, risk management and employment issues to hospitals, physician practice groups and other health care providers.

Prior to law school, Ms. Phillips worked in health care administration in hospitals in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. She also provided health care consulting services to health care facilities.

Admissions:
Ms. Phillips was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2001 and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, all Oklahoma state courts and all Oklahoma federal courts.

Ms. Phillips is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute and the American Health Lawyers Association.
