Education:
Ms. McBee received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oklahoma State University in 1998. She received a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2001. While in law school, Ms. McBee served as an editor of the American Indian Law Review.

Experience:
Ms. McBee represents Native American tribes and tribal entities in all matters in Tribal and Federal Courts. She also represents tribes and tribal entities in Indian land title, gaming and economic development transactions. She has negotiated with the Bureau of Indian Affairs on behalf of tribes and tribal entities regarding tribal funds and business transactions. Additionally, she serves as General Counsel, Prosecutor, Attorney General and Public Defender for tribes.

Ms. McBee joined the Firm in 2000 as a law clerk and has practiced with the Firm since she was licensed to practice in 2001. Ms. McBee is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal Court, the Kaw Nation Tribal Court, the Pawnee Nation Tribal Court, the Muscogee Creek Nation Tribal Court, Ponca Tribal Court and the Tonkawa Tribal Court.

Professional Associations:
Ms. McBee is a member of the Oklahoma Indian Bar Association, the National Order of Barristers, and was an associate member of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court (2002-2003).

Ms. McBee is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma and was designated by Gov. Brad Henry to serve on the Oklahoma Indian Affairs Commission. Additionally, Ms. McBee is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Indian Law Section, a member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, and a volunteer attorney for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children and for Oklahoma Indian Legal Services.
