Education:
Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1955. He received a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1957.

Experience:
Mr. Davis has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law. He has extensive experience in many diverse areas including environmental law, litigation, bankruptcy, probate, taxation and estate planning.

He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and served as Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review from 1956-1957. He also served as a Special Lecturer in Law, Trusts and Advanced Estate Planning at Oklahoma City University from 1973-1980.
