Education:
Ms. Duffy obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University in 2004 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Duffy participated in the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition, winning the Regional Competition and ultimately placing 5th in the nation. Ms. Duffy also was a member of the National Moot Court team which won the Regional Competition and competed at the National Competition in New York.
Experience:
Ms. Duffy's practice includes business law, health law, civil litigation, taxation, estate planning, trusts and probate. Ms. Duffy also assists the Firm's Native American department in civil litigation matters.
During law school, Ms. Duffy clerked for the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, Texas and Justice James Moseley.
Ms. Duffy joined the Firm in 2006 as a law clerk and has practiced with the Firm since she was licensed to practice in 2007. Ms. Duffy is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma Courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
