Education:
Mr. Bixler received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1954. He received a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1956.

Experience:
Mr. Bixler joined the Firm in 1964 and has practiced law for more than 51 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of probate, real estate and oil and gas law.

He was a member of the Board of Editors of the Oklahoma Law Review (Article and Book Review Editor) from 1955-1956; Special Lecturer in Law in Real Property at the University of Oklahoma from 1976-1977; Adjunct Professor of Law in Oklahoma Land Titles at Oklahoma City University in 1978; Instructor in Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Graduate Realtors Institute, Oklahoma Association of Realtors from 1981-1986; and has been a frequent lecturer and panelist at Oklahoma Bar Association continuing legal education seminars.
