Education:
Ms. Zachritz received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado State University in 1985. She received a Juris Doctorate Degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 1991. She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Minnesota, Texas, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, and is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, all federal District Courts in Oklahoma, the Northern District of Texas, and the District of Minnesota.
Experience:
Ms. Zachritz joined the Firm in 1999, bringing with her a background in employment defense, commercial litigation and insurance defense.
Ms. Zachritz is a shareholder and director of the firm and practices in the Firm's Employment and Litigation departments. Her employment practice experience includes representation of employers in litigation in federal and state courts of discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination claims. Ms. Zachritz also drafts employment policies and employee handbooks. Her general litigation practice primarily involves complex commercial litigation and litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Ms. Zachritz currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and is a Master of the William J. Holloway, Jr., American Inn of Court, currently serving on its Executive Committee and has served as a volunteer attorney for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children. She is listed as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer.
